13 days, no product!!!!
Where is my stuff. Your phone mailbox is full, so I can't even call you. My order was accepted on May 4, it is now May 17. I'd like to have the items I purchased.

I placed my order on 4/27and as of 5/17, have not recevied my order.

customer service is worst i've ever seen
You go on their site...they give you a phone number for customer service and say they will call you back....never hear from them. Also their message machine always says full....I wonder why. I placed an order April 27th. and just received my order after 3 weeks with no contact. I was beginning to think I was scammed , if they were overloaded I can understand but to not answer their phone or return customer calls is unforgiving and a terrible way to treat customers.

Little business that went big!
It took a little while to receive my order but I got it!! I ordered on April 26th and got it in the mail today. That's a little slow for a nation that is so used to getting everything in 2 to 3 days or overnight for that matter. Bottom line is....they're trying! Very happy!!

Delivery & tracking is not great.
At this time I am not happy with your service. I ordered on May 3 & this is May 17th. I have tried to contact you by phone to see about a delivery date. Message on phone just said all orders were about to be caught up & sent out. As I tried to go further into your phone mail, I was not able to. I have tried to get info on tracking the order but unable to get any info from that area also.
