Too bad that a windfall of orders and money is destroying your internet rating and probably discourages new costumers from ordering. I ordered on 4/27 and received my items on 5/17...what else can I say. It would have been nice to receive a discount for the next order to aplease costumers.

4/27/12 I ordered the "Pure Green Coffee bean extract, I do understand the overflow from the Dr. Oz show, a week later I checked on the order and was told it would be about ten days because of the abundance of orders, I check the order status once a week, no info, 5/14 still no ship date, I also realized I gave the wrong zip code, I called several times a day to report this, and get a recorded message, I've left messages and replied by email, 5/17 and still no contact from them,

Never underestimate the power of a Dr. Oz show mixed with the EXCELLENT advice of Dr. Lindsey Duncan!! A very trustworthy source mixed with a TV heavyweight makes for a big boom in business!! I ordered before the coffee bean rush for exactly this reason....and I had zero problems with quick delivery! Thanks!

I cannot review pure health because I am still waiting for my order, which was placed 2 weeks ago.

I ordered green coffee beans on April 27, 2012 and I have yet to receive my order. I have tried to call but I can't get through. It seems as though they have their phone blocked so they don't take any more calls or messages.

I placed an order on April 27, 2012 for 2 bottles of Green Coffee Bean Extract. I received an email stating my order was received, being processed and would be shipped soon. They mentioned the overwhelming order requests after the Dr. Oz's show aired and that I would receive another email confirming shipment. Multiple attempts at contacting them via phone failed since their voice mail greeting explained their situation again & how they were attempting to manage it but to send an email with concerns to my order (I have yet to receive a reply to my email). Today is May 17, 2012, 3 weeks after placing my order and low & behold I received the package. I think 3 weeks with no interaction is a little excessive. I can understand being inundated with orders and attempting to increase staff size to accommodate but customer satisfaction fell through the cracks here. Heck, I never received the email shipment notification as promised! Their lucky I didn't dispute the credit card charge and be done with it.

I like that Pure Health sends a booklet loaded with info about each of their products. They explain how the products work and the benefits of each.

It is hard to have an opinion before I have the product.
