I placed my order May 6th and still have not received it. I sent a message to their customer service and have not received a response. I'm not sure that I will ever order from there again. Nor will I recommend them!

I placed an order quite a while ago. It has not been shipped yet! I called their number to cancel my order and all I get is a recording stating mail box is full!!! Will not recommend them to no one nor will I place another order with them again. They could at least have a phone number that you could talk to someone....really beginning to think that they might not even be legit.

I placed an order May 5. I have yet to receive the order, nor have I received any notification that the order may be backordered or unavailable. I tried to call, and the recorded response after 8 rings, indicated that the mailbox was full. I was then disconnected. I also e-mailed Pure Health with an inquiry, and have not received a response. My credit card has been billed, and I can't get any answers. To say I'm furious is an understatement!!

PLACED AN ORDER ALMOST A MONTH AGO AND HAVENT EVEN RECEIVED AN E-MAIL SINCE I GOT MY CONFIRMATION # THE SAME DAY I PLACED IT WHEN I CAN EXPECT IT TO SHIP. I WILL NEVER PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN

highly upset! Odered this product 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I've called, emailed...no response!

I ordered something that was recommended by Dr. Oz. I purchased it online. I didn't receive it as soon as I thought I would. However, I received a detailed explanation in an email explaining what was going on and my order would be completed. Shortly after, I received it without any issues. Plan to order more.

I am somewhat upset that my product hasn't yet been shipped to me. I realize that demand was high after Dr.Oz promoted the product. Unfortunately, the extream delay of me recieving my order has made me lean toward not ordering from this company again.

You can't get ahold of them. Mail box is full.
