I have not received this order, which was placed on 5/3/12 and billed to my credit card. No updates on whether my order was backordered, ow when it will be shipped!

After trying to get in touch with this company after placing an order and not seeing it..I feel very frustrated. I did speak with a very nice lady( over a week ago) she could not find order and assured me it was probably aready shipped and that she would check and get back with me...okay...so i got nothing..also, 888 number has had a recording on it for the past 5 days that the mail box was full...so i think they should hire some people. Especially those with good customer service skills!

Placed an order 4 weeks ago, and still haven't received anything or get any feedback! Bad first impression!! Will not order anything again.

Ordered on April 29 and not one reply to emails or a notice of shipment. I would like to cancel my order, but can't get someone to respond.

I can't get through on the phone number EVER and the one time that I did, I left a message and no one will call me back. I have emailed also with no response. I placed an order on May 2, 2012 and it has not even shipped as of May 17, 2012. All I want to do is cancel my order and no one will help me. Maybe after this they will, but probably not.

I placed an order and immediately received a confirmation number, a week later I attempt to check on my order and I get a message that the number I was given was not in the system. I send an email and get a quick response stating the large demand and that the order will be shipped withing 2 weeks of being placed. It's been almost 3 weeks and when I send an additional email looking for the status of my order I get no response!

no contact.... no product.... no refund...
