I still have not received my order, nor can i get thru to this company on the phone. Yet, my credit card has been charged and payment to pure health completed. Not a company i will ever do business with again. they said 3-4 days for my order to be shipped, it has been over three weeks and not a word. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

I just got my bottle, and appreciated the email telling me my order was being filled. Back log due to DR OZ was causing the delay in getting items shipped.

I Placed my order about 2 wks ago and have been trying to see what is the statues of it. I have sendt 5 emails and tried calling their 888# but the voicemail is full and no one answers and have not received any email response either. I did pay with paypal and obviously its been charge so they have MY money and I have no product or even a hope of ever getting it or knowing if i ever will. Terrible company to deal with I understand is a small company and they are overwhelmed but even a small company should try and put a general message for their customers so they know that the orders are behind NOT HAPPY AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

I have yet to receive my order that was placed on April 27 (today is May 18). I did receive an email two weeks ago explaining that the company was overwhelmed with orders, assurances of working double shifts, etc, but really? It will soon be a month of waiting.

I ordered something from this company almost a month ago and haven't received it yet. All I received was an email stating that the product was in high demand in that they were working to get the shipments out. Still no product. Haven't heard anything else from them... No email or anything. I will not be ordering with this company in the future.

Considering I placed my order on May 2 and today is the 18 and I still haven't received my order I started to wonder I know they are behind but this is getting Ridiculous! I called the the number and NO ANSWER REally!!!! Now I just want to cancel my order and can't get ahold of anyone!
