I have not yet received my order.

If you have an announcement on a televised show that is nationwide, you should be expecting a lot of orders, calls, and emails. I waited for almost 2 weeks to get the product that I ordered but the money was taken out of my checking account the day that I ordered. Every store that I've ordered from recently didn't take my payment until the item shipped.

I ordered my product over two weeks ago and have still not received my order. Each time I call the company to check on my order I keep being sent to full voicemail boxes, unable to leave message. I am feeling as if I have been scammed.

My order arrived after 3 weeks . To all people who are looking at the website to see there tracing number. Don't it will.just arrives.

I understand since the Dr. Oz show, this company is completely overrun with orders. The problem is, they are still telling new orders the products will ship within 2 weeks. Mine has been well over and it still has not left the warehouse (and I was charged for it). I have sent them 3 emails. One time, I received a standard reply which they send to everyone (no personal replies). The other times, nothing. I have tried to call 2 times and both times, a recorded message says all the mailboxes are full. They did post something on facebook but it was a week ago, same on twitter. I can be patient with the fact that they are overcome by the thousands of orders they received but every good company communicates and often so that costumers are not left in the dark about progress. They should be posting on twitter and facebook daily at this point. This kind of situation either gives companies with good organization a chance to shine or it reveals their lack of organization. So, far the later seems to be the case with PureHealth100. It is not enough to have a good product.

received email comfirming my purchase, biut never received the product. Was not charged, but never got the goods !!!

Due to a huge influx of orders (thank you, Dr. Oz), I received an email stating that my order would be filled soon and that the company was working multiple shifts day and nite to take care of everyone. I was so impressed by the notification when it's very rare that you get it and excited that this small company could put so many folks back to work when the President can't even do that. I got my product this week and was so happy that I'm going to place another order and I've been forwarding the website to friends and family.

The product was exactly as advertised and the communication professional.
