The service is horrible. I placed my order on April 27, 2012 and I still have not recieved my products yet. Every time I call customer service they change the shipping expected times. First it was 3-5 days then it was 14 days and then 21 days. I understand its popular but this is ridiculous.

So sad, I have not received my order(order date- 5/3/12)

Its been 3 weeks and I still have not got my order.

I never received my order. Nobody called. The phone line is full....My order was placed on May 1st. I only hope to have my money back!

Items I ordered were ordered by many other folks at the same time causing some problems for the company. I appreciated that they sent me an email regarding this and promised to get my order out as soon as possible. They did, and I'm very happy with their service. Sometimes a little communication goes a long way!!!

I'm not ,since no product to review,I'll wait till I get what I order!!

I received my order today and am pleased with the customer service received from Stacy. The company is real, the product is real. I will post again in a week or so. Please don't give up on PureHealth100! I agree there is a communication problem between the phones ringing busy and the lack of order updates; however, I do believe they are overwhelmed with the publicity from the Dr Oz show. Three weeks ago, I was able to make a purchase off the site, but then have not received my product or heard from the site. I've tried calling over the last week and the customer service number rings busy. I know the site was overwhelmed with new requests due to Dr. Oz; however, no updates from the site caused me to request my order be cancelled... I had to send an e-mail since the phone number doesn't work.

Is Pure Health a scam? I am not sure. I placed an order one month ago and I have yet to receive it. I have emailed them three times and tried to reach them by phone and I have only received one auto-response by email very early on. I would advise others to stay away from this site for ordering any products.
