I was one of the many to give a bad rating to this company after no communication and no product delivery 2 weeks out. After my poor review, I was finally able to get in contact with someone at the company. They apologized profusely and made things right. I believe everyone deserves a second chance, and that's what they are getting from me.

I am not sure if I would trust this company, their phone mail box is not accepting calls and the email going to this company does not work, I ordered 2 weeks ago and still no pills....Hmmm....looks a little like fraud if you ask me!!

I ordered over 2 weeks ago. Called 2x this week to check status of shipment as the website has no record of it even tho I have a confirmation number. No one answers the phone, all mailboxes are full. No repsonse to my email either. I may still cancel my order.

I ordered the green coffee bean product on April 29, 2012. They said they would notify me when order shipped. No notification as of May 18, 2012. Site says item shipped on May 6,2012. Not a very good way to run a company. Use caution when ordering from these people if you want your item's in any kind of resonable time. If I get my shippment at all I will be suprised!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I canceled the purchase on May 23rd,2012 and they still sent me the coffee beans after I got them somewhere else.I sent the package back to them with an email and have yet to receive a response or have them credit my card.This company is so corrupt.They are just trying to get your money and don't care about the customers.

I ordered on5/6/12 have not gotten my order yet this is 5/18/12

I ordered from pure health and after finding the same product a week later (cheaper) I called and cancelled my order. I recieved 3 email cancellation notices! Then the money ended up being taken out of my account 3 weeks later!!!! I tried to call the number provided (as well as sent emails-and to no avail) No one answered the phones and it said the voicemail box was full and would transfer me to another line. After being transferred and told the mailboxes were full over 10 times I hung up. I tried on 3 different occassions to call this number and recieved the same response every time! I even emailed with my phone number for some one to call me and have never recieved a call back. They recieved my money and I never recieved the product! SCAM!!!!!!!

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have not heard a word on shipment or backorder!
