You cant rate what you dont have...ordered this product on May 3, 2012...have yet to see the product arrive...called the customer care service...no one ever pick up the phone the voice mail says...it is full! I wonder why? Sent email no response and it is the 18th of May...what happened? Did they have to grow some more or what? I am so confused right now?

Ordered on May 05, 2012 ... It is now May 17th and my order hasn't even shipped yet. However, I have received the "how did we do" email. I've called, received the recording, and been disconnected each time while tryin to speak to a live person. I'm anxious to try the product, but not sure I want to have the hassles that go with it.

Like everyone complaining I had frustration with no response from the company and fear I had been scammed when calling and getting a recording saying the " mail box is full". I repect that the Co is swamped with orders... Do what any other company would do send an estimated shipping date. Offer communication (i dont care how busy you are, hire a person to answer the phone) also Don't offer continue a sale your website on the same product you can't keep up on shipments on!

I placed my order May 4. I received confirmation that the order had been received and would be sent. It is not May 17 and I have not hear a word from the company as to when I will be receiving my order.

haven't received my order placed on 5/4/12 & it's 5/18/12. no emails re tracking order or date shipped. not as good as other website that communicate with customers.

I placed my order May 1st and still have not received it 18 days later. I emailed the company to ask and did not receive a response. They did send me an email shortly after I ordered explaining some delays but I have received no information since then. Now I need to try and get a refund.

unable to contact pure health about what happen to my order. everytime i called the message said mail box full. so i dont know when i will recieve my order. if i get it i wont be ordering from them again. i was so excited about the green coffee after hairing about it on Dr. Oz show i told all my co-workers about it a lot of us ordered but none of us recieved the product as of yet.i hope this is not a scam.

I was excited to learn of your very affordable prices on line, so that was why I decided to order form Pure Health. I was how ever very disappointed when I called I was only able to reach a person one time and was told that my order should be shipped out with 5 business days. After 10 business days I was checking online every day to try to track my order and never seemed to get very far. I ordered on April 26th and finally on May 13th I was able to see where my order was "shipped" . On May 16th my order finally arrived in my mailbox. I dont know if I will order form Pure Health again due to the long wait I had in recieving my order and the difficulties I had actualy talking to a human.
