No products ever received
It's been 3 weeks since I have ordered and have not received my products yet. I have tried to call customer service several times and it has gone straight to "voice mailbox full". I have also emailed twice with no response.

Very customer oriented and honest.
They were hit with a lot of orders and yet hired additional people to help with the overload. They have pages on Facebook and Twitter and were doing all they could to keep customers updated.

Got an email May 8th, saying thank you for your recent purchase
I still haven't recieved my order and when I try to track my order it says sorry we don't have that cofirmation # in our system yet you took my money and I even recieved an email May 8th! What up?

Not timely in delivery of product
I purchased the coffee bean extract on 4/27 and I have yet to receive it. That means once they get around to packing and shipping it, I probably will have waited over a month to recieve the product. They charged my card immediately....so they got their money, but I still have not received any product. In addition, they have no customer service folks answering the phones, just an answering service.

Starting to this this company is a scam
It's been over 2 weeks since I place my order an it has not shipped yet. I have tried calling and just get a busy signal. My friend ordered from Amazon 3 dys after I did and she's getting hers in 3 days. This company just keeps sending me emails saying how busy they are and I'm thinking they're just buying time so I'll get tired of waiting and not try to get my money back. I'm out $75 and tehy better come through!

Hi Jodi, We are very much a real company with real products- not a scam! I checked your order and see that it was placed on 5/3 I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our delay has caused. We have received thousands of emails and calls daily and we are very overwhelmed by the amount of contact we have had since Dr. Oz promoted the Green Coffee Bean Extract and even with 20 people answering the phones, we cannot get each call! please email me at [email protected] and I can answer any questions you may have. My order has not been received
I placed an order 5-4-2012, as of 5-18, this order has not been received. I have emailed this company, with no response back. I left a voice message, with no response back. Something tells me I will play heck trying to get a refund at this point.
