I placed an order online after much research and this company had a great rating and their website was user friendly and easy to order from. After placing my order and receiving my confirmation I waited a few days before checking for shipment information. Website did not show my order had shipped so I sent out and email. I received a response within 2 minutes informing me to expect my order to ship within 14 days from ordering. They also had a paragraph about being slammed with orders but that they were working extra hours and weekends to get the orders out. But assured me they had plenty of product. Well, here we are 20 business day later, I have sent 2 emails requesting an update on my order......No response at all this time. And the website still does not show any shipping for my order. I had high hopes that this company would deliver good service and products. Now I am feeling very disappointed. I am willing to give another rating on the actual product (if I receive it).

That information regarding 14 days after the initial order ,should be mentioned to the consumers before they order anything. Pure health should let the consumer make a informed decision on odering any product from them, withholding this 14 days after initial oder information is very misleading. I guess its business as usual, the service sucks.

I placed my order since 4/27/12 I'm still waiting for my order or an answer, the money been out of my account for over two weeks. Cannot ever reach anyone by phone when i chech online customer service it show order shipped on 5/14/12 today is 5/24/12. I'm so tired of checking outside my door to see via what the order was shipped no inf. about a tracking # nothing. Can ever talk to someone about getting my money back.

I have been waiting weeks for my stuff! when you call the phone number it says the mail box is full! that's been all week! I have not received any emails from them that my order would be delayed... NOTHING! I just sent them an email to CANCEL MY ORDER!!!

I'm not sure what happened. I ordered 2 bottles on May 5th and still haven't received anything. I'm not sure if I was charged or not but would still like the product.

3 weeks still no product received..no email sent 2 let me know what's going on.....can't get thru on the phone number available either...if not contacted or order not received by weeks end will be stopping payment !!!!!
