I was told it would be 7-14 working days. I had not heard from them by the 15th day as to when item would be shipped so I cancelled the order. I still have not heard from them in regard to the cancellation.

You have not delivered on what you've promised. You will not communicate what is going on. You took my money a month ago and haven't delivered what you promised. And now I am struggling to get my money back.

After placing my order over a month ago, and having already paid for it, I have yet to receive what I ordered. I did a search of my confirmation number and that could not be located. I have emails from Pure Health verifying my order and yet my order cannot be located within their website??? It would be fantastic to get a hold of someone so I could get a refund for my purchase that I never received. VERY disappointed in my experience with Pure Health.

I would love to tell you about my order. So where is it?

I ordered product seen on Dr. Oz on May 3, 2012....20 days later still no product. I realize that they have been busy with orders, but 20 plus days is unacceptable. I ordered product from another company and received it in 3 days!!

It has now been a month since I placed my order and still no product. 10 days after I placed the order, I got an email stating that the orders for the product were overwhelming and that the company was having a hard time keeping up. They stated that they were working overtime to fill all the orders they received. I was happy with that explanation until three weeks later - no product, no company updates. The kicker here is that the company has had my money all this time. I would not order from this company again except that they are the only company currently carrying the product I ordered. When it comes, I will have to re-order immediately to cover the 30+ day waiting period for the product ordered. You may consider me an unhappy customer that is stuck between a rock & a hard place

My product finally arrived, YAY! I was informed that due to overwhelming orders I may experience a delay in shippment. I understood the issue but the thing that bothered me the most was that I could not track my order on line. I couldn't even view my invoice through my online account that I set up. I emailed CS for an update but received no reply, I was thinking I was being scammed. A few days later my order arrived. I just wish I could have received a status update which would have eased some of my concerns.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND CAN'T GET ANYONE AT THIS COMPANY TO EMAIL ME BACK OR CAN'T EVEN GET AN ANSWER ON THEIR TELEPHONE!!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM
