SCAM DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

I am pissed off because I placed an order on May 5th 2012, I have not recived my order. Sent an email to customer Service a few days ago and still nobody has replied. Tried to call the customer Service number and all you get is voice mail -

I've never ordered from you. On 4/27 I placed an order. On 5/13 I still had not received it. I checked my credit card and it had not been charged. So I placed another order. I noticed on your website that I could see a HISTORY. Now I had TWO orders. I emailed and got a reply from Liz Norton. She cancelled my 5/13 order and said my 4/27 order would be shipped out "tomorrow" (meaning 5/14). My credit card has been charged $58.96 but my order is NO WHERE to be found. I honestly don't think I'll do business with you again. It's been almost a month and I have NOT received my products. Thanks, Debbie Bartolomei 770-331-2841

They had some trouble filling the order at first because they had such a huge demand for the product, but they kept me informed and shipped as soon as they could. I will re-order. Good customer service. Thank you!

I placed an order on May 1st, on May 24th I finally called to see what was going on with the order I placed. The phone number that was given was constantly busy, and when I was able to get though to a person, she had no clue on anything. She placed me on hold to only come back and tell me that it hasnt been shipped yet!! Really I knew that, what I was looking for is when will I get my order, not to tell me something I already knew!

Order finally arrived-3 weeks of waiting. Thought we had been scammed...Thank you for your honesty.
