Not to pleased with this company. I placed an order on may 7th and still haven't got it yet.

I order 2 bottle of pure green coffee extra from 5/4/2012 and yet to receive it. If i don't receive it i will call my bank and report fraud. So please send me my orders. What is so bad is that they have no number for people to contact them. Shame on you. Rica Scott

I am so disgusted and disapointed . Ordered a product4 weeks ago, and still haven't received it. If it is charged to my credit card Im really going to be angry!

My order was placed on May 5th, after watching the Dr. Oz. show. I paid for the order by credit card, and my status is : not shipped Poor customer service My rating is NO STARS.

I placed an order with Pure Health exactly 3 weeks ago and to this day still have not received the product or a response to any of my inquiries. This is beyond unprofessional service not to mention extremely rude.

My order was placed on May 1. On May 6 I received an e-mail stating that they were behind in fulfilling the order due to very high volumes, but that they would send it as soon as possible. Haven't heard anything from them again. No updates, no apologies, nothing. I am very disappointed with their service.

I placed an order on April 27th and still had not received order on May 15 when I left for vacation. I am not sure if it has even arrived yet. I had called three times and never could speak to a live person. When I went online to check status of order it only showed what I had purchased. Did not give an option to check when delivery was expected. So at this point I haven't even tried the product. I won't be ordering again.

I placed my order along with thousands of people on April 26 apparently. On the website, my confirmation number says shipped on May 11 but there is no tracking number and I have no product still. Cannot get through on the phone and no response to emails. I tried to give them fair time, but this is crazy.
