I ordered a product almost a month ago which I just received. The product was the wrong product now I have to send back and wait again for the product I originally ordered. I will probably just cancel order and get a refund.

I placed an order on 5/4/12 , got a confirmation letter and then heard nothing from the company as of 5/24. Using the confirmation number I checked on the order and the status said "ordered". Have tried calling, lines are always busy. Have emailed and have not gotten a return reply.

My grandmother and I found this website while i was looking for something she found on Dr. oz. We found and ordered it with no problem. i paid for my purchase and they toke the money. they apparently never sent it out or something because 1-2 months later still no delivery of my package. we tried to contact the website to say "hey our package never arrived," but their customer service was unreachable. needless to say after this ordeal, i will not be shopping from this website ever again.

i really love the products. but my only problem is that when you place an order it takes so long to receive. i placed an order on friday 5/4/12 and here it is 5/24/12 and i still don't have my product. and when you call them any time of day nobody answers not even an answering machine.

I still have not received my order, so I have cancelled it.

I place my order on May 5th, it is now May 24th, I have sent numerous emails inquiring about my order and tried calling the number and it is busy every time..I haven't received any answers to any of my emails. I WILL not order from this company ever again!!

Ordered 2 bottles of their green coffee beans pills paid for them and I have not received them as of today...Can't reach them by e mail or by phone...How can they be trusted

I think your company is a fraud! I placed my order on May 3, 2012 and you received payment the same day and I am still waiting on my order!! Your phone number is not a working number and I have e-mailed you 2 times and you have not responded. I think your company is a rip off and now I have to contact my credit card company to the charges reversed!
