I ordered the coffe bean extract weeks ago. I know it is going to take a little longer to receive it due to the interest from the Dr Oz show, but I would appreciate it if you could give me some feed back as to what is going on with my order. I emailed and called your company but did now hear from anyone about the status of my order. That is poor PR don't you think?

Ordered weeks ago and haven't heard a word as to when it will be arriving :(

I am a resident of another country and ordered products almost 20 days ago and not received any confirmation on shipping order. I am frustrated as no actual person has responded to my emails and the phone number is always busy and or rings for minutes at a time and no on answers. hopefully i will get a respone shortly.

I don't have a review to give am still waiting for my product to be sent. I will say at am not happy with the service every time a call its busy.

Ordered supplies 5/6 and still waiting to hear news of product 5/24. Tried email and no response and have called multiple times, always busy.

I ordered this product on 5/2/12 and since then have not heard. I have not received my products and today is 5/24/12. I wrote to them 3 times since then, no response, tried calling them and I get a disconnected sound. The phone calls are not going through. They already took my money out of my account the same day I ordered but nothing received yet. This is frustrating.

Very Bad.......Never Again
