I placed an order on the 6th of May and it's now the 24th of May..Have sent them at least 4 emails asking where my order is! With no reply from anyone. I think they are a pretty sorry company with this type of customer sevice.

It has been a month and I have not heard from you, received my product, been able to get your phone to ring, and you have initiated nothing. My money was collected and nothing. I am appalled that your company still has a website up and I pray you are not taking ANY orders until you get your mess of a situation under control. I would appreciated some communication. Would like to give a good review, but have to have the product first. It has been 25 days since I ordered and still don't have my product! I have emailed company and get no response.

I plced an order on may 3,2012 and it is now 21 days later and I still have not received the product. I understand I ordered something that was on the Doctor Oz show and they were backed up because all kinds of orders came in for the product but I tried e -mailing and calling them and there is no responce. I just want to know if and when I will receive my order.

I just finished a review and realized that I did not receive a different potency (I read the label wrong). I apologize for that misinformation.

As an update to my previous review, today is May 31 and I still have not received the order I placed on April 26. If it shipped on May 12th (when my card was charged) or May 21 as the rep stated, I should have received my order by now. I am still unable to get a response via email and can not reach them by phone. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will file a complaint with the FTC as well. I may even contact the attorney general of Nevada too. This is my first (and last) experience with this company. I placed an order on 4-26 and have yet to receive my order as of today, 5-24. I understand they may have been overwhelmed with orders after the bean extract was featured on Dr Oz, but they have handled it very poorly. First of all, they should have had a warning about it taking longer to get your order. Instead, they have continued to falsely take orders with a 5-7 day delivery. Secondly, I never got a response to my email inquiry on May 10. Also, my confirmation number is apparently useless in tracking my order. I finally called on 5-22 and even though I was able to speak to a "customer service rep", it was completely useless. I only got the Dr Oz excuse. If this was a better company they would discount this order or give a discount for a future order to try and compensate for this bad experience. To top it all off, the rep could only tell me that any order placed before May 1st had shipped the day before and that it would take 5-7 business days after shipping. However, she couldn't tell me when my order had shipped specifically because their computer system was down. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will not order from PureHealth100 again.

Order placed on 5/1/12 never received confirmation. Pure Health received payment same day. Today, I have never received my product. The phone number provided for customer service is bogus. I have a dispute filed with Pay Pal and hopefully this will be resolved. Or I am out $51.96!! Don't do business with this company!
