I was pleased with my purchase

Very unacceptable customer service, PureHealth does not respond to emails and the phone rings and says VM is full and just keeps looping. Ordered product never received, filed complaint with FTC, BBB and Rip Off Report. Filed dispute and claim with PayPal.

i ordered pure green coffee bean and rasberry ketone on may 7th i finally was able to reach someone at the number on line and he said the order would ship on may 25th and that i would get an email in 24 hours i never received the email and it is may 31 no order yet

I am very disappointed in this company. The product has never been received and I haven't even received any information on when or if the order will ship. Do not order from this company.

I placed my 2nd order May 8 and it is now May 31 and I still do not have my order! You should give an estimated arrival date and keep customers in the loop on when their order ships. Sent the wrong product! I tried to call never got through!!! Emailed, no response either!!!

How can I give an opinion when I can't get a hold of anyone?

I would not order again. It is extremely inconvenient to wait to start a new product I am excited about. 4 week turnover time is completely unacceptable for an online health product company.

I ordered the product May 10th and was very excited to begin using. The ordering process was very easy and the free shipping was great. As of 5/31/12 I have not received the product. I have contacted the Customer Service number numerous times and no one ever answers, the phone just keeps ringing. I sent 2 e-mails and have received no response. No product and no customer service at this point. Very dissatisfied so I would appreciate someone contacting me.
