been 3 weeks since i was charge for the item and show being shipped still have not recieve it

Your customer service in non-existant. I was intitally disconnected 2 times while trying to place my order so I ordered online. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now and still have not received my order. I tried calling again today and your phone seems to be out of order . I also sent you an email last night inquiring about the status of my order and received NO answer but instead you sent me this link to your review site. So here's your review. This is the worst customer service I have ever incountered!

I ordered pure green coffee bean extract May 9. June 1, I finally got my order! Can't believe it! I don't think I will be buying from this company again. They don't communicate at all, no e-mail saying my order shipped, they don't answer their phone, nothing from them. I thought I got scammed, but my order finally came.

I placed my order a few weeks ago and tried to call the customer service number on the website and it said the mail box was full, I also sent an email a few weeks ago and never heard back from that. I actually was getting nervous that is was a scam because I couldn't get in touch with anyone. So needless to say I was not happy. But I haven't even recieved my order yet.

I have ordered from this companies website and still have not received my product! They won't answer their phone or the emails I've sent. I'm starting to think I got scammed!

I tried to contact them by phone and email and I never did get an answer. It took over 3 weeks to get my purchase! Never again will I order from them!

I was very excited to try these products, but after 3 weeks they still haven't arrived. I haven't heard anything from the company. Very disappointing.

I placed an order with this company on May 10, 2012. Two weeks later I checked on the order status and my order had not yet shipped. I sent an email to the company with my concerns and to date have had no response. I checked the status again a few days later and there was no record of my order. The only good thing is that they did not, so far, charge my credit card.
