really? a month to recieve an order
i placed a order on the 6th of may and it wasnt shipped out till may 27th. i didnt expect to wait a month before i recieved my order. i order alot online but never have to wait this long on something to arrive. i will check out a different website next time.

We have 25 people answering phones but it rings so continuously we are unable to get to every call and we are receiving 10,000+ email every day and unfortunately, cannot get through them all, No excuses, just facts. Customer service is non-existent
I had placed an order on May3,2012 and still have not received anything. They recently charged my credit card but I am still waiting for my order. You cannot reach them by phone since it is only constantly ringing with no pause. I have emailed them a few times and they can't even take the time to respond. Very poor customer service if any at all. Would reccommend to everyone to shop elsewhere. If I was to receive my product soon with a few free samplles I might change my opinion.

I know they are overwhelmed with orders but we have still not received our order
Our product was on Dr Oz and Pure Health was not prepared for the high volume of the orders we have still not received the product

Buyer Beware
I purchased an order May 9 2012 and have not yet received my purchase nor has any replies to my inquires been returned to let me know the status of my purchase. I find this unacceptable, and will not be using your site again in the future.

Poor
I placed my order more than 3 weeks ago and other than the initial confirmation I received radio silence until my item was shipped. I emailed the supplied customer service address inquiring about my order and received no response. I even called but it appears the supplied contact number is disconnected. The customer should be informed about there order if there are delays. I had no idea what to expect abd feared I has been scammed. Customer service needs a lot of work.

Haven't received my product yet.
I ordered the green coffee bean supplement 26 days ago, and the money was taken from my account 2 days later. Have not received my product or a response from the customer service email provided on the page. I know there has been an increased demand for the green coffee capsules since Dr. Oz mentioned them on his show, and perhaps they are back-ordered. I would appreciate a response to my email to let me know when to expect my order.

Ordered on may 10 and no word of my package. Customer service number does not even work. If they knew they could not meet demands a warning should have been in their site.
