I submitted my order on 5/10/12 and I have never received the items I ordered.

Ordered my product on 5/10 and still haven't received it :-(

I never received my items , I tried E-mailing and got no response the phone number listed just rings one long continuous ring and no one answers. So as my last resort I have filed a claim with PAYPAL to get my money back. They were sure quick to charge my credit card, if only they were so quick to respond to there customers. I wish I would have read the reviews 1st. Looks like no one gets there items

Despite the fact that it took so long to receive my order, when I emailed them wondering how much longer before my order would ship I did receive an email back explaining the high volume of orders they had received for the same product.

Order was made on 4-28-12, american express card billed/paid on 5-19-12 and as of 5-31-12, I have not received my $75.94 order. I have left a telephone message and their message center said they were working on 5-1-12 orders, so I asked for someone to call me back - no response as of 5-31-12. I emailed them directly on 5-31-12 and hope to receive a respoinse before day's end. I am not happy with service regardless how busy they are - business is business and your customers are the reason you are in business today - take care of them even if you have to work 24 hours a day!

The company got payment for an order on May 10. AS of May 31, I still have not received the product and the company does not answer its phone or respond to emails.

I unable to reach a person to speak to someone concerning the order. Delayed with taking the payment out. Failed to reply on the status of order.

I just received my order for coffee bean extract and understand that the company must have been swamped with orders for that and other products which caused a delay in shipping. Thanks for your products and service. Richard Madore
