I ordered from Pure Health on April 15th, the web site says order processed April 28th. Says product was shipped on May 15th, it is now May 31st and still no product. I have emailed and called with no response. Will be having to contact credit card company to put in a claim for product not delivered. No tracking number available.

Ordered product almost 1 month ago, not received as of yet. Can"t reach Pure Health by phone as well as no response to e-mail requesting info on shipment of product to me!

Unbelievable BUT....not in a good way! I placed my order on 4/26/12. I finally received an email on 5/17/12 stating my order had been shipped on 5/12/12. To date(5/31/12) I have still not received my order. I have sent emails daily, requesting tracking numbers and the name of the shipping company used - and have not received any response. I have attempted to call the 1-888 number and no answer! Their excuse in email dated 5/17/12 was they were overwhelmed when their "Green Coffee Bean Extract" supplement was mentioned on the Dr. Oz show. NOT MY PROBLEM! They should have never charged my charge card until the product was actually shipped. My card was charged on 4/26/12. POOR POOR business practices! Won't do business with them ever again!

I'll keep this simple. I placed an order on May 10th. After not getting my order or hearing from you I sent an email on May 28th. I get no response so I resend email on May 30th. You send an email saying my order was processed over the weekend ?!?!. Repeat order on May 10th and processed on May 26th. Completely unacceptable and will tell all that I can to never order from you.

I ordered the Green Coffee Extract back on May 4, 2012 and have not received my product! I emailed asking status as there is no tracking number and no response, so at this point I am not happy with the service or response. When can I expect my order?

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our delay has caused but please understand we are not a scam company, very real and one of the very few who have 100% pure products and that is the reason we have been so busy! We have 25 people answering phones but it rings so continuously we are unable to get to every call and we are receiving 10,000+ email every day and unfortunately, cannot get through them all, No excuses, just facts.
