I wanted the Pills to help me to lose some weight for my daughters wedding. I still have not received them and the wedding is in two weeks....Guess they must take up to six to eight weeks. Daughter ordered shoes and it took six days...counting weekends. Hope when they get here....they work.

I ordered the product. Got one message saying that they have so many orders and it was going to take some time to deliver. That was a month ago. I sent an email asking for an update and nobody even bothered to answer. Not nice ......

I understand that they were flooded with orders but they have HORRIBLE customer service. It took 18 days for them to ship my order. I understand that they were buys but a simple email stating an approximate date would have been nice. They say they are the only one with Pure Green Coffee Bean but Genesis today offers one too. I ordered it from iherb and received it in 2 days. I would NEVER do business with Pure Health again.

I ordered online on 05/07/12. My credit card was charged on 05/27. I've emailed the company multiple times and have not received any information back. I am disputing my charge and will never order from them again. I have also referred a couple of my friends and they are equally disappointed.

The pills I ordered were delayed getting here because they had such a high demand for the product. I was understanding of that as I did get them eventually without a problem.

I placed my order on May 2nd. I received an order confirmation the same day. After 2 wks. I emailed the company to check the status of my order as I never received any shipping or tracking info. I never received a response to my email. A week later I placed a call to their customer service dept. I was told I should receive my order at the end of the month. It is now the end of the month and still have not received my products or even an email stating that the order has shipped. I place online orders regularly but have never waited an entire month to receive my order. I recently placed an online order to China and only had to wait about 2 weeks for that order. I understand that the order to Pure Health was free shipping but had I known that in this case you really do get what you pay for, I would have paid for shipping. I hope that if and when I receive the products I ordered that they are of exceptional quality to make it worth the wait.

Not a good one I am afraid I have not even received the product and cannot get hold of anyone to find out where it is.

I ordered the Pure Green coffee bean extract, followed the recommended dosage, and saw absolutely no weight loss. I even cut my portion size down, and stopped eating sugar. I was excited after seeing this product on Dr. Oz. and listening to the people that used it successfully, and Dr. Oz. saying that it works. I am out 25.00 and out of patience.....
