You provide a great product. You could do a better job of managing expectations on product delivery. I take into consideration you are a small company and no doubt were deluged with requests via the Dr. OZ show. The delay the first time I ordered I lived with. Two weeks later ordering again and experiencing the same delay; not cool. You have a website. You should be using to your advantage. You could post a note on your home page informing people of the expected wait due to overwhelming demand and correctly set an expectation. From what I can see in the reviews, there are a lot of really angry consumers out there. No doubt because they had to wait. Good luck.

I placed my order and kept seeing that it was ordered, but could not see anything about shipped. After 10 days, I sent an email requesting a status update, but have never heard a response from the company. I did finally receive the product about 3 weeks after I ordered it.

I really enjoy the products that Pure Health sell. It is hard to find products that are pure with no additives. I wish the shipping was quicker, but other then that this site is great!

It took way too long to receive my order! I tried to call the 1-888 number and it never ever went through. I even sent an email to Dr. Oz asking for a different number and never received a response from him. When I finally reach somebody on the 1-888 number, they were very very rude and had no explanation for me. I will never order from this website again.

I could never reach this company on the phone and emails went unanswered. It was 2 weeks after I made my purchase that my product was shipped. I just started with the supplement, know lets see if it really works.

Product took almost 3 weeks to arrive.... In the meantime, I tried dozens of times to contact them via telephone and got no answer -- phone just rang and rang.... I tried e-mailing but got no response. This is the 2nd product I've ordered from them. My first experience was positive except that I didn't get results from the product I tried. So far I'm getting no results from this one either. I wonder if I was scammed with a bogus product! I will not order from a company that doesn't answer their phone! What kind of customer service is that?

The products are probably the best available, but I ordered them May 15th and got no feedback when I requested a follow up on a delivery day. I sent 3 e-mails to customer service with zero response. I finally received the products June 3rd. It should not take that long to fill an order. When I checked my order it was not shipped until 5/31/2012. Too bad the response is so bad, I would like to continue to order from them, but since they do not respond to customer service inquiries, I guess I will have to look elsewhere.

A little slow on the first delivery, but Dr. Oz caused them to be overwelmed. I had a issue where I ordered 4 bottles and only received 3. I sent an email and had the other bottle in a couple of days. Service has been very good.
