I only decided to try this website w/the recommendation of Dr.Oz.I didn't no that the svce was so poorly managed:( When a I tired to get assistance,no one re-emailed back. The Tele no.given doesn't wk it just rings.So there isn't any other way to get HELP! I seriously doubt that I will recommend this website to any of my colleagues:(until things change and I'm hoping that soon things will. Sincerely Ms.Moore

Maybe I'm just spoiled by Amazon and Zappos, but shipping time that takes well over 2-3 weeks was just hard to swallow for 2 small bottles. When I was concerned I called the customer service number during business hours and received no answer. Not even an answering machine. I feared this site was a scam. I did then go on line to see that my shippment had shipped the day before.

I ordered the Green Coffee Beans from this site. Bought 2 because they said 2 or more you get free shipping. "FREE for 2 items for more! (U.S shipments only)" These were the very exact words. Typo not mine. So I did. Paid with it through Paypal on 5/10/12. I received the confirmation email from Paypal first and then from Pure Health. There was no shipping info provided in the confirmation email from Pure Health or on the web site upon ordering. So I wait and wait and wait. I called Pure Health's customer service sometime between 5/10 and 5/24, a total of three times to find out my order's status since the info was unavailable online. Has it shipped or what. Who knows? Two times it went straight to voice mail and the third time I got an error message saying the number I reached was wrong or something like that. I felt so duped at that point. So I finally decided I've had it, emailed them on 5/24/12 saying if I do not hear from them I will contact Paypal, cancel my order and ask for a refund. I do not hear anything from them for days of course so I went to the Paypal website on 5/29/12 to open a dispute. On the same day I sent Pure Health a second email again asking for my order status and to inform them that I opened a dispute on Paypal. Out of curiosity I also went to their website on 5/29/12 to check the status of my order for the nth time, and lo and behold it said "status shipped on 5/28." No email from Pure Health at all at this point. I received the package/product (mailed with delivery confirmation from seller) three days later on 5/31. The only other email I got from pure health is a "please share your experience with us" email. Well, I will! The issue for me is not so much how long it took them to ship the product. Forever, btw - ordered 5/10 shipped on 5/28, after I emailed them on 5/24 saying I will ask for a refund, and finally received 5/31. What! They took forever but I can overlook that. However, Pure Health's unresponsiveness/non-existent/horrible customer service are the things that really bugged the heck out of me. So much so that I took the time to write them a review. I wonder now about their products' quality/integrity. If they are as they say. I hope so. Sad to be writing a bad review.

I ordered my product on the 14th of May. When i tried to call to check on order, no actual real number, i got no answer or a busy beep. I emailed instead, not ONE person emailed me back! I'm beyond pissed over the lack of customer concern. To NOT state on your Website that you wait 14 days just to even put my product in an envelope before you ship out. . I thought your company was a scam b/c of no working phone number and no response to email. I thought someone robbed me of my money. I will NOT be recommending your site to ANYONE due to lack of communication & handling time. I can get products faster on ebay!

Ordered on 12 May 2012 and finally received the order on 4 June 2012 only to find out that they shipped the wrong items. Now, I can't get anybody to answer the phone and/or return my calls

it would be nice since i payed for pure green tea..that you would send it out..

Never received my order, never received a reply to my email, no returned calls. I am still trying to contact them about my order almost three weeks later.

I received my order in a timely manner. After seeing the green coffee bean extract pills on the Dr. Oz Show twice recently (watched by millions of viewers), my expectations were realistic for delivery...took 14 days, which was fine with me. I hope the pills work like the reviews I read.
