The only detraction is that there is no email sent to inform the customer that their order has been shipped.

I was nervous and frustrated after placing my order AND THEN reading these reviews and how long the orders took...but that being said, I'm taking the green coffee bean capsules and still exercising and eating healthy and have noted some weight loss after only 5 days! Weight loss that has eluded me for years being only the final 10 pounds that I want to lose. So there, I think they work and if you can wait the 3 to 4 weeks it takes it's worth it!

I like your products. But I find your website difficult to maneuver through, particularly during the "checkout" phase (which should be the easiest part). I would suggest you work on your website a little. Perhaps add the ability to track your order as well. Otherwise, your products are great and I will order again when I need more of my supplements.

I waited several week for my order of 4 bottles of Green Coffee bean supplement. I only received 3 but was charged for 4. It is impossible to get in touch with customer services.

On April 26 I ordered Pure Green Coffee Bean and received confirmation #F5774621CB. Shipment was speedy but when I checked out the product I found two different sizes and shapes in one bottle. I emailed Pure Health on May 30 requesting an explanation. To date I have received no reply, therefore, I will not be ordering from Pure Health ever again!!!

The order took several weeks to get. I was very nervous, because my card was charged right away, and although it said the product was in stock and would ship out immediatley, it didnt. I tried to email, with no response.. multiple times. I tried to call, and the phone #'s didnt work. I was really suprised when I finally recieved my package. As far as the product, i dont know yet.. but i would be reluctant to order from them ever again.

I ordered 2 bottles of raspberry ketones on 5/15 and still have not received anything! Even after emailing customer service I've gotten no response. Unfortunately I definitely won't be ordering again.

The item I ordered was listed as being in stock, however, it was not shipped out for two weeks and I could never get through on the phone.
