It took over 4 weeks to receive, and I kept sending emails asking when my product would arrive.. I have never received a response. it should have been here in less than 2 weeks. I thought they had just took the money and run.

The company did not provide a shipping date or eta. I did not think I would receive the product and had just chalked it up to not to buy on internet. I finally received the product and am glad it was not a loss of money and time.

I placed an order for 4 coffee bean supplements near the end of April and after not recieving anything or seeing that my order was shipped I started calling a couple weeks later. I could never get through. I then sent an email, but never received a response. However, I finally received my supplements the first week of June. I was ready to really complain when I finally saw they were overwhelmed on their facebook page. Do I wish they would have posted something or emailed existing orders to let us know that they were a legit company with growing pains vs ignoring all points of contact...yes. Will I try them again...I am still undecided. We will see if the product does what it is supposed to...and then decide if it is worth it to see if the service improves.

You would think that after 3 e-mails and numerous call to there so call "customer service line" you would get answers from someone! and to top it all off... they say if you order 2 bottles you get free shipping?? Then why am I being charge 15.00$ for freight when I ordered 4 bottles? Don't know what is wrong with there phone # as it has a funny ring and no one answers.... and no one replies to any e-mails either!!! Sorry don't wont to be rude but it gets frustrating after a while when no ones answers you!!! My opinion is you're better off to remove " how to contact us" on there web site as no one is there for the customer!!! The only good thing I have to say is the web site is nice looking...but that is all!!! If you really mean business that you are there for us ... I hope someone will remove my shipping fees please? Hope you give BETTER customer service to the next customer as I can guaranty you that it will not be me...very sorry to say all of these negative things but you ask for my opinion and this is what I have to say... I put in my order over two mos. ago and have been waiting... I appreciate that an email was sent to inform their costomers of the massive orders that came in after an episode of Dr. Oz (thats where I heard about it) and there would be a delay in getting items out.... It's unfortunate that so many people chose to be ugly about the situation without any consideration what this little company was going through... I have found that this is a great product and will order again, hopefully without such a long wait, but somethings are just worth the wait.

I ORDERED THREE BOTTLES OF GREEN COFFEE GREEN EXTRACT AND ONLY RECIEVED TWO BOTTLES.

order #133326 was ordered weeks ago with a ship time of 5-7 work days. Phoning to check on the order got only a "voicemail box is full, sorry". The order arrived short 1 item (my raspberry ketones). Very disappointed

I thought your web site was great and user friendly. The ordering experience was good, but really should it take over two weeks to get my product?
