Pure Health site was easy to use. I called the number and a really nice lady answered my delivery question. She called me the day of delivery to be sure it arrived!! I was truly astounded with this customer service.

I ordered Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract pills through Pure Health on May 3-and still no shipment. I tried calling their Customer Service number ( 1-888-3BBE-WELL) and it's a phone sex line. Watch out. It might have Doctor Oz's blessing, but this company hasn't preformed.

I purchased 3 bottle of product. It took over 3 weeks to get the product. I called the 800 number, it rang busy over two days. Then I wrote an email stating that i no longer wanted the product due to the poor shipping time and I never received any reply or phone call, then about another week after i sent the email I received the product. Not happy. I think because they now sell to Wal Mart they got too much going on and no enough help. I will never reorder again.

Ordered my product n 5/16 and you received payment through Paypal and I have yet to receive my order the USPS received your confirmation on 5/31 but never received the product therefore they can not deliver to me what they never received, I have request that your company resend me the merchandise this time using UPS to delivery my merchandise within 2 days and I have not heard back from your company, this is the second time I order from your company, I am happy to hear that your Company is growing quickly but you still have to satisfy your returning customer otherwise, they will not return anymore.

I finally received my order a month after placing it. I was starting to get really worried with all the negative reviews and no one answering the phone, however, a little over a week ago I found a direct email address in the reviews for Stacy who works at Pure Health and emailed her directly. I received a response to my email within minutes and she apologized and again reiterated how busy they were since the product was featured on the Dr. Oz show. She assured me that my order would be shipped within a week. I just received my order so it's not a scam they are just very behind at getting the orders out to their customers. I actually bought pure green coffee bean extract from another website while I was waiting for this one to arrive and received it within 2 days but the cost was almost double what I paid here. If you order from Pure Health, be prepared to wait a month before you receive your product, but you will eventually get it.

I've just turned 51 and could NOT lose weight. I've tried rigorous workouts swimming miles a day, cardio 30 - 45, weight training nothing worked.
