took too long to get

The customer service number does not work and the product took too long to get here.

It would be nice to have been able to leave a voice mail by phone or at least receive an accurate email with time/date of delivery not even my tracking number was useful however i do like the product so i will be giving purehealth one more try

I bought a bottle from Walmart while I waited for my order to come so I could get started and considering the over flow of orders the company was hit with after the Dr Oz show the order came in a timely manner. Being a sugar freak and taking the green coffee pills for two weeks now I have found that I do not want anything sugary anymore. I opened a can of soda pop a few days ago, took a couple of swallows and poured the can out. I have found that I can not stand anything that is very sweet anymore and crave water. I have not lost large amounts of weight but that is not what a person wants to do in the first place. The weight needs to come off slow and by cutting the cakes, cookies, crackers and other items high in sugar I cannot see how I could not start to lose as my diet changes for more healthy foods.

I've ordered twice from you. The first time I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from you letting me know my order had been delayed, but would be coming as soon as possible. The next day I received an email as me to review your service, which I couldn't do completely at that time since the order hadn't come yet. Only a couple of days later, I did receive my order. The second time my order took longer to receive, and while waiting I received no contact from you until asking for a review a week after I received my order.

I placed an order on 5/16/12 still have yet to receive it, no replies to my multiple emails, an of all the times I called the 800# have only gotten thru once to tell me my package was due to arrive 3 days ago...guess what still NOT here !! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PURE HEALTH AGAIN !! I don't care if they were giving stuff away for free. They didn't hesitate to take my money the same day my order was placed, however no it is a fight to get a refund. ••PLEASE•• Do yourself a favor an find whatever your considering ordering from Pure Health, buy it some place else, trust me it's worth the time an extra money to shop some where else. There are also reports that this company is a FRAUD, that I am still looking into...do your homework an read all the other reviews an reports on the company !! PS I had to rate it one star, to me Pure Health isn't even worth that !!

i don't think a full review is possible i've only taken the product that i ordered for 1 week. but i did see other things in which i might be interested in the info you sent.

paid through pay pal and never received product. they don't return e-mails, must be a sham.
