After I placed the order for Green Coffee extract online PureHealth did not send the product for three weeks. After a couple of weeks I tried to call their customer service number several times, no answer. I emailed the customer service address and asked them to cancel the order, no reply. I ordered the product of off Amazon and received it straight away and then I see the Pure Health charge on my credit card and they eventually sent the product which of course I now didn't need. Tried to call customer service and of course, no answer. What sort of way is this to do business, buy it somewhere else, these guys suck.

I entered order and kept checking on line to see status that never changed. I emailed 2 times to get a status update. No response. I then emailed them and asked them to cancel my order. No response again. Then I get a an email to write a review. At that point I checked the status. 5 days after I asked them to cancel the order they shipped the order. I hope I like the product

We place an order, then after a week of it not shipping with no notification of any back order we tried to call to cancel the order. We could not get through on the phone because it would only give us a bad ring tone after the first ring. We then sent them an email to cancel the order but about a week later we still got the shipment and the bill. We will not ever buy from them again and we will not recommend them to anybody.

Would have appreciated and email stating that the order was being shipped.

I did not receive my shipment for what seemed to be a month. I tried calling the company emailing them and they never responded. I was just about to check my credit card to put a stop on payment when I received the shipment. Just think they could have had the courtesy to let me know what was going on.

Will NEVER use them again!!!!!!!

Even after reading the negative reviews, I took into consideration the Dr. Oz show influence on backordered product. I received my Green Coffee Bean extract within 2 weeks. I have just started taking two capsules twice a day for two days so far and already have lost 2 pounds. I feel no side affects which was something I was concerned about. I would recommend this product and company to others.

i tried to track my order with my confirmation # however the website reported number not found . Concerned I tried to cancel my order by phone but no one picked up for 2 days straight, I also emailed the company but no response. Horrible !!
