I was really pleased with the quick service I received and also the customer-oriented feedback I got from them. I've ordered twice now and will not hesitate to order again and again from them.

I ordered raspberry ketones and green coffee bean extract from Pure Health on April 29, 2012 and received a confirmation number. It is now June 27th, 2012 and I still haven't received my order, although my credit card statement shows they were paid April 30th! I've emailed the company several times and at first I receive a generic "we are busy" response from them, but now I am not getting any responses to my querries! I'm starting to feel like I've been robbed and I'm very upset. It is very difficult to trust buying products online.

placed an order online with no problem, but after a few weeks called to check on order and got a recording saying they were behind on orders. Got order a month later, and not sure if I'm going to order from them again

My first order was delayed, due to the unforeseen endorsement by Dr. Oz. I know that a number of people were angry about the delay, but from a business standpoint, I can understand that Pure Health was caught unawares. That having been said, it might have been good for them to have a recorded message as well as a notice on their website since there was really no way to contact the company and I only understood the problem after an in-depth and time consuming internet search to see why my order wasn't arriving. Upon re-order, the new shipment was delivered to me within a week. However, despite taking the green coffee bean extract for about a month now, I have seen no weight loss. I understand that it seems to work for some people and apparently, Dr. Oz has seen it to be effective for weight loss, as well. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work for me.

Hey Marianne- Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. After Dr. OZ we were thrown into a very strange situation. It was quite a learning experience for us as a new business. We made mistakes and not being in better contact with our customers was at the very top of the list. I am proud to say that we have hired on many new staff members to help responding to all inquiries and orders. You said you have not seen any weight loss. I have personally spoke with many customers who have chosen to increase their dosage and that as jump started their weight loss. But every person's body is different and responds to the suppliment differently. I say to give it some more time. You may be very glad you did! Thanks again.-Brent
