Hey Kitty- Thank you so much for the kind review. We always love to hear feedback from our customers. Our shipping process did slow down after Dr. Oz talked about the products, but I am glad to say that everything is back to normal. Right now Walmart is carrying our Coffee Bean and Raspberry Keytones for a discounted rate, but with our shipping back to normal we can deliver your suppliments straight to your door. We have been working tirelessly to improve our shipping and customer service department. We are still finding some problems with orders. What I just did was add your invoice to our packing log for today. A new order will get packed together and mailed within the next 24hrs. I do have some tracking information on this order. On June 22, UPS tried to deliever your package but were unable to deliver it to your address. The information states they left you a postcard asking that you contact UPS about the package. If you would like us to give you a call or email you the tracking information we certainly can. I am sorry about the delay, but I believe if you speak with your local UPS.
