I would NOT recommend this company. I had paid for my order at least 7 days before I learned through the website that it had been shipped. Despite the existence of a phone number for "customer service" I was never able to speak to a person. In fact, the phone number was not even working (there was an abnormal ring on the other end and no one answered) I attempted to communicate with the company by phone at least six or seven times within the two week period that it took to receive my order. I emailed the customer service three times and never heard from them until about two weeks AFTER I received the order! It was an absolute nightmare. Talk about a five star rating system, I wouldn't even give this company a half of a star rating! I'll never order from them again and would advise others to avoid placing an order!

We have had some problems with our shipping and customers service departments. You were not the only customers who has not able to get in touch with us. I placed my order with Pure Health for green coffee beans on June 4th, and it showed that it was shipped on June 5. Still haven't received any product 3 weeks later. This has taken longer than the first time I ordered right after it was featured on Dr. Oz. I cut you some slack that time, but twice is inexcusable!

I ordered in April got them in June, I guess they walked it to me. Have not seen any results and I was taking double doses by mistake, I have had nothing but heart burn from it, I have read some of the company responses to other people that have had no results and they say increase dosage well I know that doesn't work. Oh and I just received a response to my email today that I had sent over a month ago. I would like a full refund for the 4 bottles of green coffee bean extract ( SNAKE OIL ). I did find a video on line yesterday on Real Dose Nutrition it was an eye opener, I already have more trust in that company. Their product is more expensive but I'm looking for results at the end of the day and generally with quality comes price, I have no problem with that.

Responding to your concerns about the weight loss, the individuals who are seeing these amazing results are religiously sticking to the regiment. Four capsules every day, 30 minutes prior to meals. I personally speak to individuals every day that are losing weight on the supplements. But every individual’s body is different. Some people may not lose weight immediately. It may take some time to start seeing results. Also, the Green Coffee Bean Extract is just a great thing to put in your body. The first time I ordered, it took a frustratingly long time to receive my order. They were inundated with orders because of a Dr. Oz show. But the second time I ordered, I received the order quickly. I plan to order again.
