To get those amazing results that were discussed on Dr. Oz, individuals were sticking to the regiment religously. That was two capsules, 30 mins prior to breakfast and lunch. i am sure if you stick to that and give the Green Coffee Bean some time, you will be please with your weight loss! Hi Dorothy, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. Dr. Oz recommends that you take 2 capsules 30 minutes prior to breakfast and lunch. And sticking to that regiment is the best way to see real weight loss. I completely understand that may not be the easiest thing to do, and neither is cooking healthy meals. But I do think if you can stick to the routine Dr. Oz recommended, you will see some weight loss. Sincerely, Brent

I think you are going to be pleasantly surprised by the results you experience with the suppliments. About the seal, the bottle is completely sealed with the plastic wrapper on the outisde. We include the pillow pak in the bottle to prevent moisture getting into the bottle, doing the same job as a peel-off label. You can be absolutely confident in the purity and safety of our capsules.
