Hi Lorrie, I was very sorry to hear about your order. We have just learned that UPS is charging our Canadian customers that brokerage fee. Once we found this out we switched to USPS as our primary carrier to Canada. This charge has nothing to do with us. Normally the $15 shipping and handling fee you pay covers this brokerage fee. Since you refused the package, it will get sent straight back to us. Once our returns department gets it. They will process your refund immediately. I am very sorry about this. If you were to place another order with us, there would no such fee. Sincerly, Brent

Hi Scott, I was very sorry to hear about your experience with Pure Health. After the Dr. OZ program about our products the volume of orders we received went well beyond what we were capable of handling. There was a sever delay for all of our customers, and we are very sorry about that. We never stopped answering calls or emails, but since they never stopped coming in, it was extremely hard to get through. Once we expanded our operation we were able to deal with all that volume. I can say with 100% confidence that all of those problems are behind us and if you were to place antoher order it would ship out within 24-48hrs. Hi Jennifer, I was very sorry to read about your order. I did some checking on your it and found out why you did not receive it. The address we have listed for you is a box. Until last week, we were using UPS as our primary carrier to Canada. They would not deliver our packages to boxes. You should have been informed of that when you placed the order. But The beginning of May was a very busy time for us because the entire world ordered the Green Coffee Bean Extract. I am very sorry this has happened. What I can do is issue you a full refund.
