Right now there is no distributor in Canada, but I am glad to say that once we learned UPS was charging this brokerage fee. We stopped using them as our carrier to Canada. All order to CA will ship USPS. Your future orders with us will absolutely not have that fee. We love our Canadian customers and value your business! Thanks again for the review and your order! Hi Freda, I was very sorry to read about your shopping experience with our company. Normally, the $15 shipping charge covers the customs and brokerage fees to Canada. About 10 days ago, UPS started charging our Canadian customers that COD brokerage fee. Once we learned this, we stopped using them as our carrier to Canada. Since you refused the order, they will send it back to us. In some cases it can take up to two weeks or longer for us to get those back from Canada. Once we do received it, we can issue you a complete refund. We are using USPS as our carrier to Canada now and they do not charge that brokerage fee. But Again I am very sorry this has happened. If you would like to give us a call we can keep you updated of when the package gets back to us. You can reach our customers service department at 1-888-323-9355. Hi Stella, Thank you very much for the your recent review of Pure Health. I was extremely sorry to hear about what happened with UPS. We have just been made aware that this was taking place. That COD charge had nothing to do with us. We are no longer using UPS as our carrier to Canada. Normally the $15 dollar shipping and handling fee cover the customs and brokerage fee. It also sounds like there was some problem on our end with the shipping documents and your contact information. I am very sorry that all this has happened. We have all been working very hard to correct these issues. If you were to place another order from us, the package would ship USPS and there would be no such fee. Sincerly, Brent
