Hi Mary, I was very sad to read that the Green Coffee Bean Extract did not work for you. There have been a few people who have not been happy with their results from taking the Green Coffee Bean Extract. It does take some time for many people to start seeing some weight loss. That can be a very frustrating thing. I only took the capsules for a few days and did not lose any weight. But I was told I had to stick with it, but I wanted the miracle weight loss like everyone else. I am going to try again, and this time I am going to stick with the regiment. I speak with people all day who are losing amazing amounts of weight. I say stick with it and you will be happy you did. Sincerly, Brent

Hi Sharon, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. I am very sorry to hear that you had to pay that UPS brokerage fee. Normally, the $15 shipping and handling fee covers the customs and fees shipping to Canada. This money is going to UPS, not us. Last week we learned that UPS was charging this fee to our Canadian customers, once we found out about this we stopped using them as our carrier to Canada. I am very sorry this happened to you and you had to pay that extra fee for your order. I can say with complete certainty that if you were to place another order from us, you would not have to pay another fee like that. Again, I am very sorry for the trouble and thank you for your order. Sincerly, Brent

Hi Diane- Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. I was sorry to read about your experience and that you still have not got your correct purchase. I was able to pull up your order information. What I am going to do is put your missing bottles in the mail today. You can just keep the Green Coffee Extract on us. We should have got you your Black Raspberry in the first place, and I apologize for this. You will be getting a confirmation email with a new tracking number in it once it leaves us.
