Hi Penny, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. We always love to get feedback from our customers about our products and services. I was very sorry to hear that UPS charged you that brokerage fee for your package. Over the past week we have been made aware that UPS is doing this to certain orders in Canada. This charge has absolutely nothing to do with us. Once we found out about this we changed over to USPS as our carrier in Canada. Normally, the $15 shipping fee you pay covers the customs charge. I assure you that if you were to place another order from us, there would be no such charge. I am very sorry that this has happened. Sincerly, Brent

Hi Amy, Thank you very much for you recent review of Pure Health. It is great to hear that you like our company. But I was sorry that you were not experiencing the weight loss that you wanted. I do know that many people have been indeed losing alot of weight when they take the suppliments. I would say that you should stick very closely to the suggested regiment. It takes some people a little while to start seeing the pounds fall off, so just stick with it.
