Hi Sandra- I was very sorry to read about your shopping experience with our company. Normally, the $15 shipping charge covers the customs and brokerage fees to Canada. About 10 days ago, UPS started charging our Canadian customers that COD brokerage fee. Once we learned this, we stopped using them as our carrier to Canada. I am positive that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such brokerage fee. But again I am very sorry this has happened. Sincerly, Brent

I was very sorry to read that you had such a poor experience dealing with our company. We have been working tirelessly to improve our customer service department. I am not sure when you tried to get through on the phone, but I do know that we have brought in more call center reps and are able to deal with a much higher volume of calls than we were even a few weeks ago. Also, we do like to respond to emails directly and not send you out an automated response, because of that reason it may take up to 24 hrs to get a response. Its good to hear that you received your order in a timely manner and with no trouble. Thank you for sticking with us as we grow and for your orders! Sincerly, Brent
