Returning Product
I ordered my product on Sept. 11, 2012. Received an email a few days later saying my product had shipped and gave me a tracking number that didn't work. I wasn't able to track the package. The package finally arrived on Sept. 28, 2012 and on October 1, I returned it expecting to get a credit on my visa card. While waiting for the product, I went to Walmart.com. They had it cheaper and it arrived in 4 days.

Hi Sheryl, Thank you very much for your recent purchase from Pure Health. Let me say how sorry I am that there was a shipping delay with your order. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. We sent you that tracking number when your shipping label was printed, in this case your package was not actually packed and handed to UPS until several days later. And once we receive your returned item we will issue a credit back to your method of payment and notify you by email. I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Again, I am very sorry about this. Sincerly, Brent
