Hi Hilda, I was very sorry to read about your experience with Pure Health. First let me explain the delay with your package. It normally takes us about 14 business days to get your package to Canada. After the dr. Oz program about green coffee bean aired, we were backed up for about 9 business days. That delay on top of the normal 14 business days was what took us so long to get your package to you. I just checked on it and according to your USPS tracking number (LN337357757US) the package is still enroute to you. I am very sorry for the confusion and delay getting this item to you.I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Again, I am very sorry about this. HI April, Thank you very much for your recent purchase from Pure Health. Let me say how sorry I am that there was a shipping delay with your order. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. We had to email you a tracking notification before your package was actually shipped beccause our operations is set up to ship the next day after an order is placed, but when we got so many orders we had to print and email tracking numbers. And then pack-up order later. I am very sorry again about this confusion. I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such trouble. And we should have responded to your emails, we respond to everyone and that is unacceptable that we did not respond to you.
