Got the newer form of the coffee extra that had the Stevol as the ingredient Now hope they work to help me lost menopause weight. Came fairly quickly and were labeled as I expected. We shall seeeeee.

I ordered 2 bottles of green coffee bean extract. It tookover 2 weeks to get and when it did arrive they had only sent 1 bottle. I called over a week ago and they said they would send another bottle, but I'm still waiting.

That large volume of orders slowed everyhthing down, that is why it took so long to get your package back to you. I just checked and it looks like we did indeed ship you the rest of your order. I placed an on line order for the first time with Pure Health for one bottle of supplements. After 10 days and no delivery I became a bit nervous because no one had referred me to the site. I called them and left a message. The next day the supplement arrived and someone from Pure Health called to apologize for the delay. I'm confident now that the company is "legit" and will order again.

Instead of just putting the bottle in an envelope and sending it first class they mailed the envelope Parcel Post which took 2 weeks to get here. So aggravating since I am trying to take off some weight to my first ever trip to a tropical beach. Emailed them about it and got no response whatsoever. Will order from someone else next time.

ordered on 9/10/2012 and received my order on 9/21/2012 card was charged on the 10th I called and they said my order was shipped on the 19 th due to Dr. Oz's show there was high volume. still don't know why my card was charged on the 10th.haven't decided if I will continue buying with them.

I'm still waiting for the second bottle that I had ordered on the first order. Lady said she would ship it out. Not here yet but it took 9 days for the other one to come.
