Hi Patricia, Let me say how sorry I am that there was a shipping delay with your order. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Thank you again for your order and review. And we always give the supplements about 2 weeks before you can expect to see any weight loss results, some people start to lose faster than that, but those are special cases. Sincerly, Brent

Hi Ulanda, I was very sorry to read about your experience with Pure Health. First let me explain the delay with your package. It normally takes us about 5 business days to get your package to you. After the dr. Oz program about green coffee bean aired, we were backed up for about 7 days. That delay on top of the normal 5 business days was what took us so long to get your package to you. I am very sorry about this and that we could not communicate this to you when you contacted us. I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Hi Ena, I was very sorry to read your recent review of Pure Health. Let me explain the delay with your order. It normally takes us about 14 business days to get your package to you in Canada. After the dr. Oz program about green coffee bean aired, we were backed up for about 7 days. That delay on top of the normal 14 business days was what took us so long to get your package to you. I am very sorry about this, we never expected the volume of orders we have received after Dr. Oz.I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay.
