Fast shipping. So far product has helped control my appetite. No problems at all with seller. Definitely recommend.

I have seen or felt no results from the raspberry ketones or the pure green coffee bean extract, I am still waiting and hopeful but doubtful.

I has to ask several times when my items would be shipped. This has always been somethins that was automatic with other companies and this should be fixed.

I was fully impressed with the timely matter in which my product from Pure Health arrived at my door. It arrived within 2 weeks of my order completely in tact.

I received an email saying my order was shipped and a tracking number was included. The tracking number didn't work. After 5 days of the tracking number not being recognized on the USPS link that the email had, I called Pure Health Customer Service who told me my order was shipped the day before, which was 4 days AFTER I received an email saying it was shipped. I was also told the tracking number wouldn't show anything until 48 hours prior to delivery and that I needed to remove the first 8 (or so) numbers from the tracking number they gave me in order to track it. Made no sense to me. I waited 6 more days and still nothing showed up on the tracking number. I went to my local post office and they couldn't find any information with my tracking number. The only thing that showed up was "Electronic shipping information received" which USPS said meant that the shipper gave them the tracking number but no physical package yet. After doing my own investigation, I found out that Pure Health uses Mail Innovations, which means UPS ships it, then hands it over to USPS for delivery only. Well.... 8 days after Customer Service telling me my order shipped, I still had no information on the whereabouts of my package. I called UPS Mail Innovations and they said USPS had it. I called USPS and they said UPS had it. My package sat in limbo for 5 days, where neither UPS nor USPS would claim to have my package. Eventually I got my package but I just had to sit and wait, not knowing if it was ever going to arrive. It took 18 days from the day I ordered to get my products. I live in the same state as Pure Health, I can only imagine if I lived further. My issues with Pure Health: 1) They should NOT send out emails saying your order has been shipped if it actually hasn't. 2) They should supply a working tracking number. There's no way I would have known to remove some of the tracking numbers had I not called Customer Service. 3) They need a better shipping process. Mail Innovations has bad reviews all over the internet and I clearly had a horrible experience with that. 4) They need better customer service. Several tries at calling and I got a "voicemail is full" message. I couldn't even leave a message! That's horrible customer service.

I ordered this and this is what it does for me. Very quickly it will stop hunger pangs. Sure puts a stop to my food cravings, with no effect on my sleep or temperment. I do not weigh in so don't know about weight loss as of yet. fyi only been using for 1.5 weeks but I WILL BE GETTING MORE AND RECOMMENDING IT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. Compared product to that in the stores.. you get more for your money with Pure Health. Russ B

The brochure including a wealth of information about products can be downloaded from website and is included with delivery of purchases. Very informative. Still trying product, no perspective on it yet.

I JUST ORDERED ANOTHER BOTTLE OF GREEN COFFEE BEAN AND RASPBERRY KETONES. GOT MY SHIPPMENT IN JUST 5 DAYS. I PLAN ON WEIGHTING MYSELF ON OCTOBER 17 TO SEE HOW MUCH MORE IVE LOST. ALREADY LOST 23 POUNDS IN A MONTH. VERY HAPPY WITH PURE HEALTH.
