From the day I choose Lefty, someone was with each step for his safe journey to me. I could not ask for better service. Lefty, now Sir Samual Jefferson Jackson! AKA “Sammy” has adapted to his new surroundings and establishing playful relationship with his sisters and 110lb brother. I have had friends say he is the best looking Yorkie they have ever seen. I have to agree.

We had a great experience! We wanted a chocolate lab and the whole process was easy and organized. Pick up at LAX was easier than expected. We adopted at 11 weeks and she is a wonderful dog!

Of course we are so grateful for our little Chihuahua taco he is so healthy and wonderful. At the beginning I had some trouble communicating with who was supposed to be my I forget the name they give it but I could not contact her. Once I called and I made a complaint after that there was a woman higher up who totally took care of me answered every single question called me to see how things are going she was absolutely wonderful I want to get her name and thank her. But overall it was a good experience except like I said at the beginning a little bit rough because nobody would contact me I think it was a dog coach was the name I don't know but anyway a wonderful woman took over and it was a wonderful great exciting experience when tacoland in Connecticut from Texas we fell in love instantly and I'm so grateful that he is so healthy I would definitely go through them again if I was looking to get another puppy.

Had an excellent experience. PuppySpot was very helpful and upfront about every detail about the dog. I got a collie that was calm, happy, healthy and beautiful!

Don't fall for their "feel good" cotton-candy website. Make no mistake, this is a puppy mill in disguise. We've always rescued dogs, but my wife wanted a pure breed black lab so she decided to use Puppyspot - we were assured they only use top breeders and that all the dogs were properly vetted and breeders screened. When we received our puppy, all seemed normal - lovable, cute, playful, we all fell in love. As she started to grow the issues appeared; first there was the surgery for a perineal urethra, then we noticed her limping - turns out she has severe hip dysplasia. And worst yet; we discovered while having blood work done for her hip dysplasia surgery that her kidneys were failing as they failed to develop appropriately. Today, she's 18 months old and living on borrowed time. We have to give her IV fluids every few days and special kidney food to extend her life. When speaking with our vet she said it's hard to say why she has all these issues, but she said it's likely to result of poor breeding. Puppyspot gave us a partial refund, and no more. Do yourself a favor folks - rescue a dog!! We've had zero issues with our rescues.

Mike - As committed dog lovers ourselves, we were deeply concerned to receive your feedback about your little one. As living, breathing beings, as unfortunate as it is, puppies sometimes get sick, that is why we have a dedicated health team to provide ongoing support for our puppy parents. As soon as we received your review a member of our team quickly reached out to learn more and see how we could we help. We want to assure you, PuppySpot does not, and will never, work with puppy mills and has a zero-tolerance policy for substandard breeding practices of any kind. In addition to our comprehensive proprietary screening process that all members of our breeder community must pass (which results in acceptance of fewer than 10% of applicants), we stay in regular contact with our breeder community and have members of our Breeder Compliance team in the field every week of the year. Although it appears as though you're no longer interested in speaking with our team, please know that we will continue to be here as you need us should you change your mind.

once we purchased our dog, seemed communications - especially photos did not come to us unless we asked. Also the fact that we needed to have special vet papers filled out was not made clear, we took out dog to the vet next day after we picked her up and send in the vet papers, then we received notice that we needed to have special papers filled out. Our dog was over 2 lbs in one of the last communications, however when we took her to our vet she was less than one lb. Would I recommend you to another person - not sure I would.

Jay- Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Welcoming home a puppy should be full of joy and we're sorry for what sounds like a stressful experience and one that we never want a puppy parent to have. We are proud to offer all PuppySpot puppy parents our industry-leading health guarantee and although It's part of our process to ask for our New Puppy Exam certificate to be filled out by your Veterinarian, we want to apologize if it wasn't properly explained or caused any stress. The health and well-being of our puppies is always our main priority which is why a team member quickly reached out when we received your feedback regarding your puppy's weight to learn more. As explained in our recent communications with you, your puppy underwent a mandated nose-to-tail exam performed by a licensed veterinarian before her travel home which not only indicated she was 100% healthy at the time but also the required weight for travel which is no less than 2lbs. You joined a community when we matched you with your puppy and we will continue to be at your side throughout your puppy parent journey, so please do not hesitate to let us know if you need anything.

I had been wanting a German Shepherd Dog for years. Puppy Spot made the whole process so easy and flawless. I have recommended them to everyone who asks me where I got my adorable little GSD. The only thing that I would say was a just a tad, and I mean just a smidge bit frustrating, was the response from puppy advocates or the puppy health care representatives were not very fast. I was called to say my puppy needed surgery (very minor and routine and they took care of it flawlessly) but after I received the call and tried to follow up with the woman who called me, I received no such response. And it was difficult to get an answer as to how my puppy’s surgery went. BUT he did arrive so me healthy, happy, and BEAUTIFUL. I would use Puppy Spot again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone!!
