Sara - We are truly confused by your feedback, as it is not only the exact opposite of the experience we strive to provide our community but also varies greatly from what we found when we went back to review our extensive written and recorded records. Your puppy, like all PuppySpot puppies, underwent a mandated pre-travel nose-to-tail health examination performed by a licensed veterinarian which stated she was 100% healthy at the time. That said, you were right to reach out to us when you thought there may be a problem, as that's exactly why we offer each and every member of our community lifetime support. Several members of our team then quickly began working with you to understand your concerns and see how we could help. After receiving and reviewing the requested documents from your vet our team offered to reimburse the medical bills surrounding your pup's treatment. Additionally, as our team has explained to you on several occasions, your puppy was up-to-date on her vaccinations when she left her breeder, however as a growing pup, she will need to continue on her shot schedule while under your care. That said, we want to apologize for any confusion surrounding your pup's vaccination costs once in your care. You joined a community when your puppy arrived home and our team will continue to be here as you need us, so please never hesitate to reach out if we can be helpful in any way.

Several members of our Client Services team have been working hard to not only understand your situation but also see how we can help, and working with you closely and diligently since. While we cannot guarantee the size, weight or even adult coat color of any of our puppies, as they are living, breathing beings, each with different genetic makeup, we go above and beyond to ensure they arrive to their forever homes healthy and happy. That said, we want to make sure our puppy parents are happy too, which is why we remain committed to working with you until all of your concerns have been resolved.
