The experience was a little stressful. The puppy was delivered to me by a chaperone at the airport. He is healthy, adorable, busy and smart. I want to thank Andrew (my concierge) and Carmen Johnson, both of whom assisted a lot in arranging transportation. I would recommend PuppySpot to anyone considering a puppy and wanting to make sure they are getting a HEALTHY new Furbaby. All documents were included giving a complete health history.

Wow, wow and wow!
Wow, wow and more wow! My girl, Autumn, (formally know as Bonni) has quickly become one of the loves of my life. She is precious, loving, affectionate and my vet gave her a clean bill of health and said she is “perfect!”
Like many venturing into this process with blind faith, I, too, was skeptical. After perusing the PuppySpot website, which popped up in my search engine almost a year ago while browsing for a small puppy, I kept returning to their website until I decided to take a chance, a huge leap of faith and make a purchase.
After browsing and requesting more information, I immediately received a call from my puppy concierge, Chris. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, patient and clearly a dog-lover himself. He explained the process, answered all of my questions, eagerly responded to my request for updated videos and photos of my top three choices, and respected the time I needed to make a final decision.
He patiently stayed on the phone with me, even held on while I contacted my banking institution to confirm the purchase they initially denied and believed to be fraudulent activity. After everything was confirmed and the funds were released, he walked me through installing the PuppySpot app and explained how the process would work going forward. This is truly where the fun began.
The app was interactive and responses to my questions were answered timely, even on the weekend. After enabling push notifications and entering my puppy ID, I received additional information about my puppy’s parents, health, food and a bunch of different links to prepare for the new puppy and even created a list of things to purchase, which was very helpful.
The app was awesome and provided every update from the time of purchase. I was in the loop the entire way and had the pleasure of speaking to the manager, Curtis, who helped to ensure me of the process and answered all of my additional questions. He was prompt, pleasant and delightful, to say the least.
Once all of the required milestones for my puppy were met, the app notified me of the proposed travel arrangements (she was flying from Missouri to Atlanta). After accepting the proposed travel, I immediately received conformation for her travel, including all the information for her pick-up from my local airport.
The airlines (Delta), provided information for their cargo location and I continued to receive updates confirming she was on the plane and her estimated arrival, when she landed and when she was ready for delivery from the cargo location, which was awesome.
My girl arrived on time, protected in her travel kennel with travel bowls attached to the kennel with food and water. Delta was kind enough to provide a plush bed for her so she now has two.
I removed the zip ties to peak inside and met the sweetest eyes I have ever seen on a puppy. She came out of the crate full of puppy kisses and smelled so good. (Compliments to the breeder).
She is quite the cuddle-bug and she’s already going potty on the faux-grass indoor potty pad by herself. She’s a puppy and will have accidents, of course, but she’s so smart, sweet and loving.
I know this is a super-long review, but sadly, most people only take the time to write a review if they’ve had issues; I read dozens of reviews
and I sincerely appreciate every single person that took time to write one because those reviews helped me take a chance on PuppySpot.
If you’re thinking about it, but are hesitant to take a chance, I hope this review comforts you and helps you make the decision to add an adorable fur-baby to your family via PuppySpot. I’m a real person and this is an honest review, one I’m super-happy to share.
Today was Autumn’s new puppy vet check with my local vet and she is happy, healthy and finally home with me.
I will definitely recommend PuppySpot to anyone who asks and I will use them again and again.
Take your boy or girl home today via PuppySpot. Trust me, you won’t be sorry.

After it was all said and done we ended…
After it was all said and done we ended up with the most perfect puppy exactly as we were promised. Although, before that moment we were promised the puppy on 3 separate occasions, told he has an issue from another company that didn’t know what it even was. The app reply is from different people and always takes on average 2 hours to answer with vague answers. Not open on the weekend so expect very minimal communication. And they said we have to be interviewed when the dog arrives and low and behold the dog was just dropped off at an off airport location with no representative so we were just giving the dog. All negatives aside in the end it all work out. Recommend to others but expect issues.

The agents were all good to deal with
The agents were all good to deal with.
In the end I learned a costly lesson: ($3000+) Don’t buy a dog you haven’t seen live and in person. The cute fluffy little pup picture wasn’t what I got. The dog is healthy but has a extremely sparse coat. When I complained the agent tried to tell me that was how Poodle puppy are. And then explained they couldn’t be responsible for the way a dog looked. The vet has advised to keep dog out of sun to prevent skin being burned. Great a dog that can only go out at night. Also at 4-1/2 mos it’s at the weight it was supposed to be as an adult. So much for a lap dog.
Additionally I paid a healthy fee for their Sevice to screen breeders. This litter was the first Schnoodle mix the breeder had done. Needed to more practice apparently. Puppy spot wouldn’t let me talk to the breeder until I wore them down and then they stayed on the line.
Lastly no need for costly middleman. Go directly to breeder so you can checkout for yourself.
I love the dog but should get all or at least 50% of my money back. Not going to happen.

PuppySpot doesn't monitor the breeders…
PuppySpot doesn't monitor the breeders they work with well enough to justify a good review. The puppy I received was flea infested, had missed vaccinations, worms, long unclipped nails and very dirty ears, all of which turned into a nightmare of constant care during her first month with me. Puppy Spot did pay for some of the required vet visits after I let them know about the poor condition of the puppy I received, but if they were doing their job, they wouldn't work with irresponsible breeders.
Follow up to your reply: Your breeder sent me a sick puppy. A good breeder cares about their puppies and would #1 take care of that puppy before sending it #2 want to know about the pups welfare going forward. It's important for a new owner to maintain a relationship with the Missouri breeder, but in this case of obvious negligence, I will not do so which is very disappointing and unexpected given your guarantees. Your protection of the breeder is also questionable. You should be protecting the puppy, not the breeder. So far your follow up customer service has been minimal and hasn't addressed the main issue which is that you don't monitor the breeders very well or perhaps at all. I have no doubt this puppy would have ended up in a animal testing lab of some sort if I hadn't stepped in and purchased her. She's doing better now, but only because the vet and I are closely monitoring her for further issues including ongoing ear and skin infections.
Finally, the VIP Package I purchased with the puppy came ten days after the puppy arrived which was not helpful. The money I spent on the package was a waste since I had to go out and get everything I was suppose to receive since it arrived late. Bad job PuppySpot. Very bad job all the way around.

Christine - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It's disappointing that you believe we would ever work with anyone associated with substandard breeding practices of any kind. We work tirelessly to not only combat substandard breeders but also screen and vet our own breeder community to ensure we only work with responsible, caring and humane breeders. We were surprised to learn about your puppy's' condition. Unfortunately, as living, breathing beings, puppies sometimes get sick, which is why we provide lifetime support and industry-leading health guarantee. Your relationship with us began when we matched you with your puppy and we remain committed to nurturing our relationship throughout your puppy parent journey.
