I never spoke with my assigned manager, but I called to speak with someone else. I had to call to get the final flight arrangements, because no one contacted me.

Communication was minimal after paying for my puppy. I asked several times for updates on her growth, especially her weight, and more details regarding her travel. She arrived at the airport very late at night. I think her travel arrangements should have been planned better, especially so she would have been on a nonstop flight. Poor planning.

Thank you puppy spot for filling a void in our family's life since loosing our flat coated retriever in July of 18 we forgot what it was like having another fur baby in our home . Milo will bring many memories for years to come.

seemed like a bunch of hoops to jump through was sent to different people in different sections of the process then dealing with 1 person the whole time... had issues with maybe the breeder and the dog food . on the dog site said one thing about what the puppy was eating and found out completely different and our new puppy had bad diarrhea... Puppy spot did respond quickly in getting the right answer from the breeder....very happy with our new puppy...

Everything was great except for one thing. I ask a question that they ask the breeder that they make sure that the puppy is not sent with fleas they never responded to that. However, the puppy had no fleas whatsoever so we were completely happy. that's the only thing, otherwise amazing!

inconsistent information and took forever to have the third party contact me about the AKC Reunite. Carolina Joseph is the ONLY one from Puppy Spot that I can compliment,

we had a great experience with puppy spot and have an awesome dog!!! They were helpful, responsive, and connected us with the breeder right away so we could fell confidant in our purchase!

They were slow, never got back to me, and didn’t give any updates. Never use puppyspot.
