We trusted PuppySpot for the second time to help us find another fur baby for our family. They worked with us every step of the way; from the moment we picked our puppy; until the very moment we finalized everything with AKC. Every step was explained as we purchased Yuri, his airline details and his final vet check before he left his breeder. Then several phone calls after we brought Yuri home to check on his progress. We as a family will never go anyway for another puppy. Our female Husky Sophie 2.5 yrs old is a PuppySpot puppy and now Yuri is also! I’m also referring people to PuppySpot for their puppies!

I was a little bit of a skeptic about buying a puppy online without meeting her and having that experience.. but PuppySpot delivered and created a great experience for our family and our new puppy Bella! They answered all my questions from the start and have been very helpful with me being a first time puppy mom and all my questions !

Our dog arrived with not one but two parasites. He had very little hair due to malnourishment and was just in horrible condition overall. Veterinarian told us he is 100% certain the dog came from a puppy mill and not a reputable breeder (another veterinarian later gave us the same opinion). We later found out that the "breeder" sells more than 15 different breeds which is a telltale sign of a puppy mill (also located in Missouri which is mill central). It took us a month of antibiotics to clear our puppy of the parasites. The conditions these dogs are kept in are appalling. Avoid at all costs -- they will claim they absolutely do not work with puppy mills but it's very clear that's a lie.

We got two australian shepherd from the same breeder at different times.... the first pup has congenital problems on her leg. She had surgery and will probably limp for a long while. The other pup, they didnt ship it and they didnt even told us that he wasnt on the plane! I drove several hours and had to do another trip to pick him up. This is the id 604014 of the second pup. Terrible experience. I genuinely thought puppyspot supervised better. The second pup also has behavior problems like he was hurt.
