I was very hesitant to buy a puppy through an out of state company. I was worried about the safety, quality and health of the puppy. However, from the moment I reserved my baby, PuppySpot was in contact with me every step of the way. Their app made for easy and quick communication. They also sent me updated pics of my baby girl before she arrived. They followed through on every aspect of the transaction. Out little girl even arrived ahead of schedule. Received sick puppy requiring emergency medical care. I advised PuppySpot that the $477.00 bill is their bill. They said they would get back to me..I have not heard a word from them since. I am sorely disappointed in this business. I, therefore, will take whatever steps necessary to not only get my money but to advise as many folks as possible about their practices. Kennel cough is a very serious infection and this little puppy could have died. Sad way to do business.

Sent us a sick puppy and then didn't want to help with the vet bills or anything it was a constant fuss back and forth on the phone trying to get them to do what they supposed to do
